O poder da música

Quem nunca sentiu um misto de alegria, saudades, empolgação, ansiedade e até mesmo tristeza quando ouviu uma música? Acredito que seja humanamente impossível não relacionar uma melodia a algo que tenha acontecido conosco em determinado momento de nossas vidas. A música pode induzir diferentes estados emocionais em cada um de nós. Muitas vezes ela gera bem estar, mas o contrário também pode ocorrer, pois alguns tipos de ritmos podem gerar desconforto emocional e até mesmo físico.

Há alguns anos a música vem sendo associada à terapia e elementos musicais são aplicados no tratamento de diversas doenças. Segundo alguns cientistas, cada nota musical traz uma frequência de som que carrega um estado vibratório. Isso significa que cada melodia tem o seu próprio estado energético influenciando os elementos ao seu redor. Estudos feitos por um fotógrafo e autor japonês MASARU EMOTO, mostram o efeito da música nas partículas de água. Como? Resumindo, Emoto colocou uma água destilada entre dois alto-falantes por diversas horas e fotografou os cristais que se formaram depois que a água foi congelada, podendo notar que a água exposta ao som de Bach apresentava uma estrutura geométrica semelhante à água cristalina.

O poder da música nos seres humanos é ainda mais surpreendente, despertando emoções, podendo aumentar ou equilibrar o metabolismo, aumentar ou equilibrar a energia muscular, acelerar a respiração, causar mudanças no volume, pulsação e pressão do sangue, acalmar e levar à excitação entre tantos outros itens intermináveis que poderiam ser listados abaixo.

Mas, além de todos esses fatores cada um ainda poderia descrever algo que sentiu ou sente quando escuta a sua música preferida, a música do seu casamento, do seu primeiro beijo, da sua primeira balada… Nossa! Quantas são as emoções, e muitas vezes parecem se materializar, eternizando momentos que jamais pensaríamos em ter vivido!
